I do NOT & will NOT rush my work & duration may surpass to complete hairstyle. DEPOSITS: • Deposits are $30 and are REQUIRED upon booking via Cash app or Zelle. Note: if I do not receive deposit within 30 mins of booking, appointment is not guaranteed and goes to "first come first served!" • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will go towards total of hairstyle • Remaining balance is to be paid IN CASH ONLY! Please have exact amount, I do not always have change. Any ATM runs are to made BEFORE arriving! If failed to have exact amount at appointment will result in clients being banned from booking in the future. REQUIREMENTS FOR BOOKING: • Select desire hairstyle; please be sure to read FULL description in the top right hand corner of the photo. • "BOOK" • Once "BOOKED" you will send a $30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit via Cashapp or Zelle. • Once deposit is sent, you are required to send [text] a screenshot [proof] WITH DATE OF APPOINTMENT in exchange for address! * IF I DO NOT RECEIVE PROOF TEXT OF DEPOSIT I WILL NOT SEND ADDRESS! Please note that I am home based. WHEN ARRIVING: • Masks are required to be worn at appointment • Please text before arriving to your appointment, letting me know you are on your way. • Please do not arrive no more than 10 mins early for your appointment * Please DO NOT park in front of the PINK house! PLEASE 😩😭 CANCELATIONS/RESCHEDULING: • All clients will be allowed a 15 min grace period to arrive. If time is surpassed, client is REQUIRED to pay an additional $20 late fee &/or appointment can be canceled! • No call, no show will result in client to be banned from booking in the future • If need to reschedule, please notify me 48hrs in advance • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment please note that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and do NOT roll over to rescheduled appointment UNLESS I have canceled/reschedule. In that case, I will refund clients deposit. If I am NOT the one to cancel/reschedule you will be required to pay a new deposit upon new booking • Wanna change your style? Please communicate that with me 48hrs before appointment. *Changes can not always be made due to timing of hairstyles HAIR REQUIREMENTS FOR CLIENTS: • Hair MUST be 4 inches long *I do NOT service clients with alopecia, major balding, or severe breakage* • Hair must be freshly washed, oil free and completely detangled from root to ends • If hair is wet or NOT completely detangled from root to ends result in an additional $15 fee • Scalp can NOT have scabs, severe dandruff or open wounds • Clients will bring pre-streched X-pression 100% Kanekalon hair [Please see portfolio in the top left hand corner under ABOUT for example photo of hair and other products I use] • Extended braids will result in an additional pack of hair with an additional $20+ fee *Price can vary, due to length and style KIDS BRAIDS: • Hair added will result in an additional $20+ fee • Beads added will result in an additional $15+ fee • These conditions only apply to ages 7-10 *Kids can take a little longer bc they are more impatient *Please note that there is to be NO extra company at your appointment with you, only clients that are being serviced are allowed in. Be mindful this is my home & we are still in a pandemic. *My braiding services are Feed-in Braids & can exceed pass the duration, so please don't book if you have other events for the day.. See portfolio to grab a better understanding on the difference between a feed-in braid & a traditional braid. Portfolio will also have example photos of the hair clients are required to bring & other products I use. Cancellation Policy
